November 1, 2018, Milton, Ontario, Canada – Upwardor Inc is pleased to announce and welcome two new additions to the team: Michael Smith as Regional Sales Manager, USA. and Bhavin Parikh as Continuous Improvement Process Manger.
In this new role, Michael will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for Upwardor products into the U.S consisting of our polyurethane insulated residential Kanata and Craft lines, our polyurethane insulated commercial Thermalex line of overhead doors, our complete line of aluminum door products and our PowAirDor line of pneumatic operators. Michael comes to Upwardor Inc. with a 20 year background in the overhead door industry from having started and owned his own door service company to working for some of the industry’s largest door manufacturers.
As Continuous Improvement Manager, Bhavin will monitor and improve organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Research and analysis feature heavily in this role, as he will be mapping out all workflows, remove waste and low-value activities, and recommend solutions. Bhavin brings with him decades of experience in continuous improvement and we are excited to have him improve our customer experience.
